Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the syntrador.com website and our short-term rental management services. By ordering, you accept them.
1. Business information and contacts

2. Services, orders and fees
We manage short-term rentals: listing setup, guest communication, pricing and property care. Before ordering we disclose our legal name, EDRPOU, address and contact, per the Zakon Ukrainy "Pro elektronnu komertsiiu" No. 675-VIII. Fees and payment terms appear in the schedule or invoice and must be paid on time.
3. Consumer rights and disputes
Clear information on our business, terms, price and dispute procedure is given under the Zakon Ukrainy "Pro zakhyst prav spozhyvachiv" No. 3153-IX. Consumer disputes may be resolved through the Derzhprodspozhyvsluzhba under that law.
4. Personal data and cookies
We process personal data with your consent as described in our Privacy Policy, under the Zakon Ukrainy "Pro zakhyst personalnykh danykh" No. 2297-VI, and are the controller. We store or access device information only with prior informed consent except strictly necessary cookies, under the Zakon Ukrainy "Pro elektronni komunikatsii" No. 1089-IX.
5. Advertising and liability
Advertising here is clearly identifiable and not misleading, per the Zakon Ukrainy "Pro reklamu" No. 270/96-VR. We are not liable for indirect loss; mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
