Operations review
An operations review is a short working session about one property. We read your recent booking data against the way payouts, tourist tax and guest communication are recorded, then show you where the records stop matching.
Figures discussed in the session are illustrative arithmetic only. Income and occupancy are not guaranteed.

Share the address, the current channel mix and who answers guest messages today. We reply with a written scope and a fee quote: 12% Ledger Essentials or 18% Full Operations, charged on gross booking revenue.
Office details
Operations reviews are handled by the Kyiv team. Phone, email and hours follow the local EET schedule, so replies stay predictable for landlords working across several time zones.
For a written answer within one business day, send the property scope through the operations review form. How we hold and process that information is set out in the compliance note.
Compliance note
Everything published here about tourist tax, the guest register and reporting packs describes how syntrador.com administers that paperwork for landlords. It is an operational description of our process, not a legal or tax opinion, and it does not replace advice from your own accountant or lawyer.
For the scope split in detail, see what syntrador.com handles and what stays with you, or write to office@syntrador.com. Every number on this site is dated and sourced, or labelled as an example. Results vary; income and occupancy are not guaranteed.
